Applying for II-TECH Online Admissions Process

Note: You do not have to make an account or sign up to fill out and send the admission form.

Admission Policy Notice

The competent authority of II-Tech is pleased to announce the ‘Admission Policy’ of the II-Tech for various programs of studies being offered during the session 2024/2025. The admission regulations have been formulated by the admission committee in light of the recommendations from the academic council of II-Tech and may be subject to implementation with or without modifications in the subsequent years as the competent authority of II-Tech may deem necessary.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES

Following are the admission guidelines inclusive of amendments made to date for winning admission in II-Tech.
  • Admissions shall be made based on merit under the criteria laid down by the Admission Committee from time to time.
  • All the Pakistani Nationals can apply. Foreign candidates as permitted by Govt. of Pakistan are also eligible to apply.
  • There will be no fixed/reserved seats for any region.
  • The student will have to apply afresh every year; no previous year’s application will be entertained.
  • Result awaiting students can apply with their hope certificate dully signed from Head/Principal of the intermediate institution.
  • The admission process will be completed after one month of the HSSC/FSc result every year, except for special circumstances or as prescribed by the relevant regulatory body.
  • No Admission Form will be accepted after the due date for submission of forms. Candidates can apply through our official mail.
  • Candidates can also download the admission form and application processing fee challan through our official website at https://iitech.edu.pk.
  • Students must get their documents verified by themselves from their respective BISE (board of intermediate and secondary education) where he/she last attended or seek for any NOC in case required for the admission from their last attended board or university.
  • Candidates claiming to be Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran shall attach three (03) attested copies of the Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate issued by a registered Madrassa.
  • Additional marks will be added to HSSC/F.Sc or equivalent marks of a Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran as per policy.
  • The students applying for additional marks on the basis of Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran will have to pass the Hafiz-e-Quran test organized by II-Tech.
  • The candidates will have to submit their application with attested photographs and photocopies of the following testimonials:
  • CNIC/B-form of the candidate and CNIC his/her father/guardian.
  • 4 latest passport size photographs.
  • Matric/SCC/O-level or equivalent certificate.
  • F.Sc/HSSC (pre-medical) or A-level certificate or equivalent certificate.
  • MDCAT/NAT or any other relevant test result copy (If applicable).
  • Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if applicable) issued and verified by the registered institutions only.
  • Disability certificate (if applicable) from NADRA.
  • Fitness certificate by the registered medical practitioner.
  • Verification certificate for the genuineness of the degrees/certificates.
Note: Any candidate detected to have submitted forged certificates or fake documents with the application form shall be permanently debarred from admission.
  • Fee must be deposited within 3 days after the display of 1st merit list.
  • The candidates who do not deposit the fee of the 1st merit list will be dropped off and the 2nd merit list will be displayed. The fee will have to be deposited within 3 days after the display of 2nd merit list. The 3rd merit list will be displayed after the due date of fee submission for 2nd merit list. The fee must be deposited within 3 days after the display of the 3rd merit list.
  • The Medical Board of II-Tech. of Medical Sciences will examine selected candidates. If a candidate is disqualified medically, for reasons to be recorded, he/she will not be admitted.
  • A candidate whose candidature has been accepted will be required to produce the original documents for the issuance of admission fee challan. All the admitted students are directed to submit original copy of the paid slip/challan in the office of the relevant department for the issuance of class roll numbers.
  • Upon offer of the admission, the applicant will have to submit an affidavit (available on website or obtained from student affairs office) before the commencement of classes.
  • Students who need financial assistance must apply at the time of admissions on the prescribed financial assistance scholarship form.

Dr. Shafqat Rasul Chaudhry

Dr. Chaudhry did Pharm.D and M.Phil. (Pharmacology) from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), Pakistan. Dr. Chaudhry was awarded with an HEC-DAAD Scholarship for doctoral studies in Germany.

Dr. Chaudhry did Pharm.D and M.Phil. (Pharmacology) from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), Pakistan. Dr. Chaudhry was awarded with an HEC-DAAD Scholarship for doctoral studies in Germany. In 2018, he completed his Ph.D in Pharmacy from the Bonn International Graduate School of Drug Sciences (BIGS DrugS), Institute of Pharmacy, University of Bonn. During his PhD, he investigated the role of systemic inflammation in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) and post-aSAH complications. His research interest is in the investigation of the role of systemic inflammation encompassing novel DAMPs, pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, monocyte and T helper cell subsets, which may have biomarker, prognostic and therapeutic potentials. He has contributed to numerous research publications in peer reviewed journals of high impact and participated in several national and international conferences. In 2020, he was awarded an Early Career Investigator Award and Paul Dudley White International scholar award by the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association at the prestigious International Stroke Conference (ISC#2020) in Los Angeles, USA.

Dr. Samar Fatima Hashmi is an educator in the field of pharmacy with 1.5 years of experience in academia.

She did Pharm.D and M.Phil (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore. Her work centers on natural sources of drugs and extraction of Phytoconstituents (drugs of natural origins), aiming to discover better and cost effective natural drug compounds with better efficacy and reduced adverse effects. She is working to develop a learning environment that develops student’s skills needed for success in the pharmacy field. Alongside teaching, she enthusiastically trail research regarding new isolation techniques of natural substances from natural sources.

Dr. Hassan Raza is a dedicated pharmacist currently serving as a demonstrator at International Institute of Technology, Culture, and Health Sciences (II-TECH). With a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, he is involved in guiding students through practical application of pharmacy principles, including drug formulation, dispensing, and patient care. He is committed to fostering a deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of the field, helping to shape the next generation of pharmacists. In addition to teaching, he actively participates in research and contribute to the development of academic materials, aiming to create a comprehensive and engaging learning environment.

Introduction

The Department of Civil Engineering has started PhD program in Civil Engineering by offering courses in the following four areas of interest:

  • Structures
  • Environmental
  • Hydraulics and Irrigation
  • Geotech

The student must select one of the above mentioned areas of interest and complete 18 credit hours in respective area by selecting courses (not previously studied during his/her M.Sc./MSCE degree) from only one of the specified lists. Basically, subjects may be selected by mutual consultation of the scholar and his PhD supervisor. The subjects have to be passed obtaining accumulative CGPA 3.0. It is a mandatory to get at least CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 as required by HEC to appear in Ph.D. comprehensive exam, otherwise the candidate will not be eligible to continue further Ph.D. research studies. It is mandatory that student must register and success fully complete 30 credit hours of research work and also must fulfill the minimum requirements of Higher Education Commission (HEC) Rules and Regulations.

Course Detail

PLO#1 (Engineering Knowledge): An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.
• PLO#2 (Problem Analysis): An ability to identify, formulate, research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences and engineering sciences.
• PLO#3 (Design/Development of Solutions): An ability to design solutions for complex engineering problems and design systems, components or processes that meet specified needs with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.
• PLO#4 (Investigation): An ability to investigate complex engineering problems in a methodical way including literature survey, design and conduct of experiments, analysis and interpretation of experimental data, and synthesis of information to derive valid conclusions
